Suspect sought in break-in at Framingham church rectory

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Framingham are investigating a reported break-in at St. Stephen's Church rectory.

Police told The MetroWest Daily News the suspect broke into the rectory through a window leading to a basement bathroom.

The alleged break-in may have been interrupted because the suspect only got away with $50 and a large statue was found on the stairs leading to the basement. Police believe the suspect dropped it in order to quickly escape, reports the newspaper.
