Suspect charged with murder of delivery driver in Lynn

LYNN, Mass. — A man wanted for a robbery and sexual assault in North Andover has been charged with a murder in Lynn.

Brito Brian, a 21-year-old from Manchester, NH, is charged with the murder of Sina Zangiband. Zangiband, days away from turning 25 years old, had been delivering food for Atha's Pizza in Lynn when he was shot multiple times on Monday.

Police sad there were witnesses to what they're calling a road rage incident.

“It makes me angry. It make me real angry for what he did. For nothing. Over absolutely nothing,” Zangiband’s sister Soma said.

Brito is being held without bail in the Middletown House of Corrections. He was arraigned Tuesday in Peabody on firearms charges and has also been charged by North Andover Police with aggravated rape, armed robbery while masked and kidnapping.

“I lost the love of my life. I lost my brother. I can’t get him back, but I’m glad that they caught the devil,” Soma Zangiband said.

Brito is expected to be arraigned on the Lynn murder charges on Thursday. He is scheduled to be arraigned on the North Andover charges on Monday, April 3.
