State Trooper's uniform stolen at Fenway Park before performance

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Massachusetts State Trooper who was scheduled to sing at Fenway Park during the seventh inning stretch was unable to do so after her dress uniform was stolen from a locker room in the ballpark.

On Sunday, the unnamed trooper, who has been with State Police for at least 10 years, hung up her dress uniform inside a locker in a Fenway locker room for female staff. When she went to change into the uniform, she found that her jacket, with police emblems, pants and hat had all been stolen. The trooper had her weapon with her, and no other items except for the uniform were stolen.

Because she did not have her dress uniform, she was unable to sing for the crowd. Both State Police Troop H and the Boston Police Department are investigating the incident.
