LITTLETON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Mass. State Police trooper conducted a traffic stop while heading home on Route 495 Saturday that resulted in the seizure of nearly 1,700 Oxycodone pills.
Mass. State Police say Trooper Ryan Dolan was heading north on 495 in Littleton at about 7:40 a.m. when he stopped a gray Ford van for motor vehicle violations.
During the traffic stop, Dolan reportedly found a large bag of Oxycodone pills on the floor near the front passenger seat. The passenger, identified as 31-year-old Jonathon Rivera, of Bronx, NY, was also found in possession of $1,438.
Rivera was arrested on charges of conspiracy to violate the drug law and trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium.
