Southern New England under cloudy skies this weekend

From FOX 25 Meteorologist Shiri Spear

Mostly cloudy and foggy weather will last overnight. A Dense Fog Advisory will be in effect until 9 a.m. Sunday across all of Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire. Drivers should expect greatly reduced visibility and slow travel. Near zero visibility is possible in several locations. Lows should stay above freezing and range from 32-40 degrees.

Sunday will stay mainly cloudy. Fog prone locations and those with a layer of snow still on the ground will see more visibility reductions through the day. Although a cold front will be on the approach, the Boston area will stay generally dry. I can't dismiss the possibility of a lonely sprinkle, but most stay dry. In fact, patchy showers are not expected until AFTER the Pat's game.

The Patriots will play in mostly cloudy and mild weather. Game time temperatures will likely be in the lower 50s.
