SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass. — Police in central Massachusetts are looking for a 14-year-old girl last seen in bed at her Southbridge home Saturday night.
Braga's mother, Joan Velez, said Braga was asleep in her bed Saturday night before she vanished. Velez told Boston 25 News she looked all over the house before noticing the front door was open.
“She might be held hostage, someone maybe holding her. She doesn't have a phone,” Velez said. “I haven't slept, I want her to come back. I don't have words to explain the pain.”
Yaniris is 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 124 pounds.
"I just want her to come back, I love her, miss her," Velez said.
