SOMERVILLE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A Somerville Junior Varsity soccer player accused of sexually assaulting three teammates will appear in court for a dangerousness hearing Friday.

Galileo Mondol, 17, was charged with one count of aggravated rape of a child under 16, two counts of assault with intent to rape a child under 16, one count of indecent assault and battery on a person who has attained 14-years-of-age, three counts of assault and battery and three counts of intimidating a witness or other person.

Investigators say Mondol and two 16-year-old teammates entered a freshman cabin at a sports camp in Otis, Mass. and began taunting the victims. At least one victim was violated with a broomstick and needed medical attention.

Mondol has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 cash bail.

His attorney says he is confident that Mondol will be fully exonerated.
