BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – The sole survivor of the Mattapan massacre is expected to change his testimony Friday.
Marcus Hurd, who was left paralyzed in the 2010 attack that killed four people, now says he remembers the triggerman.
During the first trial back in March, Hurd told the jury he couldn't identify his assailants because they were wearing masks. But after seeing Moore in court, Hurd now says he recognizes him as the shooter.
The trial ended in a deadlock, but a new trial is set for next month.
