Shots fired in Roslindale, round found beside sleeping child

BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police are investigating a close call in a Roslindale neighborhood.

Investigators received a call just after 8 p.m. Tuesday about shots being fired on Archdale Road. Three cars were damaged by bullets and a bullet went through the wall of a home on Brookway Road.

Police responded to the home, which is located approximately 50 yards away from the scene on Archdale Road, to find the bullet entered through the living room wall and hit the television. A child was sleeping about two feet away from where the round was discovered on the floor. No one was injured in the home.
