DURHAM, NH (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) A second arrest has been made in the disappearance of a University of New Hampshire student from Westborough.

Kathryn McDonough, 19, of Portsmouth, NH, was arrested on Monday and charged with one felony count each of hindering apprehension or prosecution and conspiracy to commit hindering or prosecution.

McDonough is the second person arrested in the disappearance and homicide of Elizabeth "Lizzi" Marriott.

Seth Mazzaglia, 29, was arrested and charged in October with second-degree murder.

Marriott disappeared in the beginning of October after meeting up with friends in Dover. A source says Lizzi had planned to meet up with a woman named Kat. The two met working together at Target. Kat is also the roommate and girlfriend of Mazzaglia.

Officials say Marriott, who was living with an aunt in Chester, NH, is most likely dead although her body has not been found.
