Search continues for suspects in series of robberies near BU

BOSTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Boston and Brookline Police are still searching for three suspects in a recent series of armed robberies near the campus of Boston University.

The most recent robbery occurred at the intersection of St. Paul and Thatcher Streets in Brookline on Friday evening. A recent college grad was reportedly approached by three men. The suspects flashed a gun before robbing the victim and taking off towards Commonwealth Ave. The victim was not injured in the robbery.

The suspects are being described as teenaged black males between 13 and 18 years old.

Friday's robbery is the third time in two weeks that a person has been held up at gunpoint near the BU campus.

The suspects in all three cases match the description given to police on Friday.
