Schools remind students pot still won't be allowed on campus if question 4 passes

BOSTON — Massachusetts colleges and universities are warning students marijuana use will still be banned on campus -- even if question four is approved during next month's election.

Schools say they can't permit marijuana use or they'll risk losing federal funding.

Question four would elminate penalites for possessing, using and purchasing marijuana for people 21 and older.

It would also allow recreational shops to open in 2018.
