ROSLINDALE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A Roslindale man was held on $50,000 cash bail Tuesday after allegedly pointing a gun at two Boston police officers Monday.
Shavea Fyffe, also known as, Shavea Ferguson, 20, is accused of pointing a gun at two Boston police officers on Talbot Avenue. He was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, and multiple counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.
Fyffe was held on $50,000 cash bail at his arraignment Friday. If he posts that amount, he must wear a GPS tracking device, follow a 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. curfew, stay away from the area where he was arrested, and steer clear of the three Dorchester men he was associating with prior to the incident.
He is due next in court on March 24.
