Report: Hernandez caught on surveillance dancing on night of Lloyd's murder

FALL RIVER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A new report from the Daily Mail says that Aaron Hernandez danced outside at a gas station on the night of Odin Lloyd's murder. The new detail in the Hernandez case is something that his jury in the Fall River murder trial might see.

Lloyd was shot to death in North Attleboro near Hernandez's home, on June 17, 2013. Prosecutors allege Hernandez drove an SUV containing two other men from North Attleboro to Boston to pick up Lloyd, and that Hernandez shot and killed Lloyd in an industrial park.

On the way to pick up Lloyd, Hernandez allegedly stopped at the Blue Hill Express Service station, just after 2 a.m.

Prosecutors say Hernandez bought a cigar and bubble gum there. The Daily Mail website is reporting that Hernandez also got out of his vehicle and then danced in front of his headlights for so long, that the attendant turned off the outside lights just to make Hernandez go away.

The Daily Mail, citing sources, reports, Hernandez acted like he was apparently high on something, and that he was a heavy abuser of PCP, alcohol and hydroponic marijuana.

All of this, according to the Daily Mail, was caught on surveillance video. That video has been turned over to prosecutors, who may use it in what is shaping up to be the blockbuster murder trial of the former New England Patriot.

Neither the DA's office nor authorities from the gas station could be reached to confirm the Daily Mail's story.
