Carjacking suspects lead officers on chase from Connecticut to Massachusetts

A Connecticut couple is due in court Monday after allegedly leading police on a multi-state police chase in two stolen cars.

Barbi McCoy and her mother were both alleged victims. Last Thursday, McCoy said she spotted Chris Harding and Celina Cousineau on the side of the road in Thompson, Connecticut. The couple had crashed their car.

When McCoy pulled over to help, she claims the man and woman attacked them, stabbing McCoy and her mother.

Apparently, the couple had already been running from police in a stolen car when they crashed.

Officers say the couple stole McCoy's car and headed into Massachusetts before crashing again in Worcester. This time, police were there to make an arrest.
