Real People, Real Stories: Sammy Bernstein

FOX 25's Maria Stephanos introduces you to someone she calls "the most remarkable man" as part of her "Real People, Real Stories" series.

Sammy Bernstein is a Randolph resident with a history shared by so few people on Earth.

"I'm a survivor of Iwo Jima," Sammy told Stephanos.

Sammy was in the 5th Marine Division of the U.S. Marine Corp. during the battle of Iwo Jima. He shared his remarkable experience from Feb. 19, 1945 to March 26, 1945 with Stephanos.
