QUINCY, Mass. (AP) — A Randolph man is headed to court after allegedly punching and breaking the jaw of a driver he believed was speeding down his street.

Phillip Vasialka is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Quincy District Court on a charge of assault and battery causing serious bodily injury.
