Suspect questioned, released after possible abduction in Londonderry NH

LONDONDERRY, N.H. — Londonderry, New Hampshire police are investigating a reported kidnapping that happened at a woman's place of work.

The suspect has been identified as Victor Rosario of Manchester. Police say he took his girlfriend by force from an industrial park where she works and put her into a car.

“It appears that she was forcibly removed from the building and forced inside the vehicle and the 911 caller actually went outside to try to help her out, but the suspect took off,” Londonderry Police Det. Chris Olson said.

The woman is also the mother of Rosario's child.

Police put out a BOLO for Rosario, who was captured by Massachusetts State Police on I-290 in Worcester after several tips. Londonderry police have charged him with two counts of domestic violence - simple assault, and one count of false imprisonment.
