One option for Trump – stop enforcing the individual mandate tax penalty

Top aides to President Donald Trump are raising the possibility that his administration may decide to simply stop collecting a tax penalty levied against Americans who don’t buy pre-approved levels of health insurance coverage, as the Trump Administration tries to reach its goal of repealing Obamacare.
