Police: Woman continued to drink wine after crash

HINGHAM, Mass. — A drunk driving crash in Hingham didn’t stop a woman from finishing her wine, according to police.

The woman was arrested Valentine’s Day night after police said she crossed over the center line on Rockland Street and hit oncoming car.

Officers say when they asked the woman for her license, she continued drinking from the wine bottle.

She’s facing drunk driving and other charges.

The driver of the car that was hit wasn’t hurt.
