Police: Suspects stole cash from NH little league concession stand

HUDSON, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in New Hampshire are searching for the individuals responsible for breaking into a concession stand at Lions Field in Hudson.

Police in Hudson were called to Lions Field located at 13 Water Street at about 10 a.m. Saturday for a reported break in at the concession stand. The Hudson Youth Baseball League operates the concession stand to raise funds for equipment and to pay for the lights at the Greeley Street field.

Upon arrival, police discovered that the individuals responsible for the burglary stacked up the picnic tables against the front of the stand and accessed the second floor window, police said. Once inside, the suspects allegedly took an undetermined amount of cash from the register.

According to police, no major damage was done to the inside of the building.

Police said they recovered evidence at the scene and have leads in the case.

An investigation is ongoing.
