Police seize 215 bags of heroin from Fall River residence

FALL RIVER (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Police arrested a 38-year-old Fall River man on drug charges Monday after police executed a search warrant at his High Street residence and found 215 bags of heroin.

Manuel J. Pacheco was charged with possession to distribute Class A, B, C, and E drugs, possessing a large capacity firearm, possessing ammunition without a FID card, and possessing a large capacity feeding device.

Police forced entry at the home located at 95 High St. around 8:55 a.m. after getting no response at the door.

Pacheco was reportedly found inside the apartment.

Police seized 215 bags of heroin, $19,939 cash, and various classes of pills identified as suboxone, clonazepam, and tizanidine.

Police also seized a cell phone, a safe, various drug paraphernalia, and a handgun with two large capacity feeding devices, as well as 46 rounds of ammunition.
