Police seize $100K worth of cocaine, heroin from Worcester apartment

WORCESTER, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Two Worcester men are facing drug charges after authorities executed a search warrant at their residence and found more than $100,000 worth of heroin and cocaine.

Authorities executed a search warrant at 15 Charlton St. at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. The targets of the search warrant were 27-year-old Aneurys Hernandez and 32-year-old Felix Suarez.

Both men were found inside the apartment.

During the search, authorities found cocaine, heroin, packaging material, paperwork and drug paraphernalia. The estimated total amount of cocaine seized was 794 grams with a street value of approximately $79,400. The estimated amount of heroin seized was 260 grams with a street value of approximately $20,800.

Suarez and Hernandez were each charged with trafficking in more than 200 grams of cocaine, trafficking in more than 200 grams of heroin, and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws.

The men will be arraigned Wednesday.
