LOWELL, Mass. — Lowell police are searching for a missing 20-year-old man from Lowell.
Panha Pen, who is deaf, was last seen in the area of Lowell High School Thursday morning.

He's about 5-foot-4 and120 pounds, with a slim build, black hair and dark eyes, police say.
He was last seen wearing a white button down, a dark colored jacket, light pants and black Nikes.
