YARMOUTH, Mass. — Yarmouth Police are looking for a man who allegedly took several upskirting videos at a local clothing store.
Police said the man was in the store Sunday, July 15 around 2 p.m. Surveillance video shows the man videotaping women with his cellphone; one of the victims is 9 years old.
Police said the man is possibly a Hispanic, 5-foot-7, had black "scraggly" hair and a mustache. He was missing a front tooth.
