• Police search for suspect in Brookline armed robbery


    BROOKLINE (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) Brookline Police are looking for a suspect in the armed robbery of a gas station on Thursday night.

    Investigators say the incident occurred at a gas station at the corner of Thorndike and Clarence Streets at about 10 p.m. Thursday.

    A female victim told police that she was helping her brother close up the store when a man entered the store and demanded money and gunpoint.

    The suspect is described as a black male in his teens or early 20s, about 5'7" tall, with a thin build. He reportedly fled up Thorndike toward Clarence Street wearing a white hoodie, blue jeans, and a red cloth covering his face.
