Police search for man in series of South Shore bank robberies

Investigators on the South Shore said they're searching for a man they believe is connected to four bank robberies that happened in November.

Police said the man robbed Eastern Bank on Washington Street in Weymouth on Nov. 8. Then hit the Crescent Credit Union in Norwell on Nov. 16 and the Eastern Bank on Washington Street in Norwell the next day. Police said he robbed the Eastern Bank branch in Braintree on Nov. 30.

The man is described as a short white man, in his 40s with a thin-medium build. Police said he wears glasses and has a bald or shaved head.

Anyone with information should call Norwell or Weymouth police.
