Police search for man accused of robbing Rockland bank

ROCKLAND, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Rockland are searching for a man accused of robbing the South Coastal Bank on Union Street Monday afternoon.

The alleged robbery occurred at 2:42 p.m. The suspect handed a note to the teller making demands and said, "Go quickly," police said.

According to police, the suspect is a white male, 5'8" to 5'9" tall, and 185 pounds. He has short hair, blue eyes, and a scar or mark under his right eye.

At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing white sneakers, white cargo shorts, a black V-neck t-shirt, and a black scally cap.
