CRANSTON, R.I. (MyFoxBoston.com/AP) — Police say the body found burning inside a Cranston, R.I. cemetery belongs to a 22-year-old Providence man.
Investigators announced on Friday night that the body was identified through fingerprints as 22-year-old Gandy S. Kaydea.
Kaydea's body was turned over to the Medical Examiner's Office in hopes of determining the time and manner of death.
Firefighters were called to the Pocasset Cemetery on Wednesday night for a brush fire. There, they discovered that the flames were coming from a dead body.
