MANCHESTER, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A Manchester man was arrested Tuesday evening after officers saw him in possession of what appeared to be syringes and liquid heroin, police said.
Frank Forgione, 26, was charged with possession of controlled drugs. Police also found that Forgione was wanted out of Massachusetts on charges of damage to property. He was also charged with being a fugitive from justice.
According to detectives, Forgione and another male were walking in the area of 394 Second St. when they crouched down behind a fence. As detectives got closer, they could see two syringes by the feet of one of the males. They also allegedly saw a bottle cap filled with a brown colored liquid, presumed to be heroin.
Detectives identified Forgione as the male in possession of the materials.
The other person with Forgione was released.
