ROCHESTER, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police allege a New Hampshire man was intoxicated and driving a juvenile when he crashed his car in Rochester on Christmas Day.
Justin Holsapple, 36, of East Rochester, is charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Holsapple is accused of losing control of his car near the Route 16 on ramp off of Milton Road and leaving the roadway, coming to a rest in the snow. Police were called to the scene just after 7:40 p.m., but they found the car empty when they arrived.
Rochester police and the K-9 unit searched the area and found two men and a young boy walking on Milton Road. After an investigation, Holsapple was charged and released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
Holsapple was scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 6.
