FAIRHAVEN, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A New Bedford man and woman were arrested following a month long investigation into a breaking and entering at Kenny's Farm Stand in Fairhaven, police said.
During the breaking and entering, the pair stole a large safe from a farm stand located at 325 Huttleston Avenue. The safe contained over $10,000 in cash.
Investigators launched an investigation which led to the arrests of 29-year-old Diana Fedora and 28-year-old Robert Mills. Fedora was arrested May 8, and Mills was arrested May 10.
Mills was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny from a building and vandalism.
Fedora was charged with intimidation of a witness for misleading investigators. Neither the safe nor the money was recovered
