CHELSEA, Mass. — A pregnant, 40-year-old woman missing from Chelsea has been found safe, according to police.
Elizabeth Hernandez was last seen on Blossom Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts at 5 p.m. Monday. Hernandez last told family she was taking a taxi to the hospital, but never arrived at any area hospitals.
A search was on after she hadn’t been heard from.
Chief Brian Kyes tweeted at 7 p.m. that Hernandez was found safe and sound at the Comfort Inn in Revere.
She was found alone in the hotel room and is being taken to Mass. General for evaluation.
