Police: Marijuana, cash found inside Simpsons video game

SOMERVILLE, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Authorities reportedly found over seven ounces of marijuana and cash inside a "large Simpsons video arcade game" at a Somerville residence on March 28.

Somerville detectives, assisted by a SWAT team and several K9 units, responded to a home on Gilman Street at about 4:15 p.m. to execute a search warrant, reports the Somerville Patch.

According to the police report, authorities discovered seven ounces of marijuana and $5,784 in cash hidden inside a video game that needed to be opened with a key.

Police said they also found drugs and drug-related items, including digital scales, inside the home. In addition to the drugs, cash, and scales, police also reportedly seized a black Beretta pellet gun, white powder, and a Suboxone tablet.

Following the raid, police arrested 22-year-old Steven Domings and 20-year-old Cody Domings. Both men reportedly live at the home and have been charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug law.

Joseph Baldassari, 23, who reportedly rents a room in the residence, was charged with drug possession, reports the website.
