Police: Man tells officer he has nude pics of teen on phone

PELHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – A man that told a police officer arresting him that he would be in a lot more trouble if police saw what was on his phone got in more trouble when police saw what was on his phone.

According to the Eagle Tribune, Jacob Ferriera, 19, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of alcohol, giving false information to police and violating a protective order after police found him with his 16-year-old girlfriend in an alley.

The Eagle Tribune reports that Ferriera told the arresting officer that he would be in "a lot more trouble if (you) saw what was on my phone."

The officer then got a court order that let him look at Ferriera's phone where he reportedly found multiple photos and videos that were sexual in nature featuring the girlfriend.

Fierriera has no criminal record and there was no indication that the girl was with him against her will, the Eagle Tribune reports.

Fierriera was charged with child pornography and was ordered to stay away from anyone under 18 and refrain from possessing firearms and using alcohol.
