Police: Man posed as bank auditor in Natick robbery

NATICK, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Natick are asking for the public's assistance locating a male suspect accused of posing as a bank auditor and robbing the Citizens Bank on Main Street.

The incident occurred on the morning of Sept. 21, police said. The man initially entered the bank posing as an auditor. Although the man had knowledge of the banking industry, his act deteriorated, and he allegedly resorted to threatening employees with a gun. However, police said no gun was shown during the robbery.

Police said the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of funds.

The suspect is described as a white male between the ages of 42 and 52. He is approximately 6'3" to 6'6" tall and 225 pounds with a regular build. At the time of the incident, the suspect had a black scraggly goatee and wore glasses with transition lenses, as well as a toupee.

Additionally, police said the suspect had a healed scar in the shape of a "7" below his left eye and his right forearm was wrapped in gauze, possibly casted. He allegedly had an unusual gait as he left the bank.
