BURLINGTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A 47-year-old man was arraigned Friday after police reportedly found an explosive device inside a Burlington home.
Investigators from the Burlington Police Department, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and the Mass. State Police Department executed a search warrant Thursday at a home on Francis Wyman Road. During the search, police say they found an explosive device in the basement.
While searching the home, investigators also reportedly found three firearm silencers and "several" firearms. They say there was also evidence that a firearm had been discharged in the home.
Gary Josephson was charged as a result of the search. He faces possession of an explosive device, possession of components capable of making a destructive device, possession of a silencer, and discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling charges.
