• Police look for SUV in connection with South End homicide

    BOSTON (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Police are searching for a vehicle in connection to a shooting that killed one man early Saturday morning.

    At around 2:44 a.m., police responded to 64 Aguadilla St. for the report of a person shot. Police found a man in his early 20's suffering from a gunshot wound. Paramedics transported him to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

    Homicide detectives are looking to find a dark-colored newer model Ford Explorer SUV with a sun roof, and are also alerting local car rental companies to be on alert for any vehicles that have been returned that match that description.

    The investigation into the fatal shooting remains ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Boston Police Homicide Unit at (617) 343-4470.
