Investigators spend 18+ hours at scene of Manchester murder

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Manchester police are investigating a homicide at a home on Douglas Street.

Officer's responded to a call at the home around 3 a.m. Tuesday. When they arrived, officers found a deceased man. The victim's identity has not yet been released, but his death has been ruled a homicide.

“Obviously something very serious is going on over there or the crime scene unit wouldn’t still be here,” neighbor Mike Rollston said.

The investigation into the death is ongoing. An autopsy is planned for Wednesday.

FOX25's Stephanie Coueignoux spoke to a neighbor on Douglas Street, who said she heard a banging sound and saw a man walking around next door.

Police believe they have identified all of the parties involved in the incident and do not believe there is any danger to the public. Anyone with information is urged to contact police at (603) 792-5506.

“I’d like some answers, I knew the gentleman that lived over there and I don’t know if he’s involved or he’s the victim. I don’t know anything,” Rollston said.
