SAUGUS (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Saugus are searching for a male suspect who reportedly robbed a Bank of America on Broadway on Tuesday.
Police told FOX 25 that the suspect walked into the Bank of America located at 1093 Broadway around 3:35 p.m. and passed a demand note to an employee. The suspect fled with an undetermined amount of money.
According to police, the suspect did not show a weapon.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5'9" to 5'10" tall. He used glasses to read and had a two week beard.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black baseball cap with a red visor. The cap had a Red Sox "B" on it. He was also wearing a three-quarter zip up shirt with black strips on the arm and was carrying a satchel bag.
