Police in NH search for suspect involved in hit-and-run crash

HUDSON, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Hudson, N.H. are asking for the public's help identifying a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Route 102 and Ferry Street in Hudson Saturday night.

Police responded to the crash at about 7 p.m. Upon arrival, officers learned a silver sedan with heavy driver's side damage had crashed into the driver's side of 66-year-old Mary Kocinski's car.

Kocinski and her female passenger were not seriously injured in the crash.

According to police, Kocinski was stopped waiting to make a right turn onto Ferry Street from Route 102 when the suspect vehicle came across the intersection, stayed to the left of the island separating the two lanes of traffic on Route 102, and hit the victim's car.

The suspect stopped immediately following the crash, but then fled.
