Police find 2,100 pounds of pot during drug bust

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (MyFoxBoston.com) - A major marijuana bust in Memphis, Tenn., netted 2,100 pounds of pot worth about $2 million.

MyFoxMemphis.com reports that the Memphis Police Department's Organized Crime Unit received information about the delivery of a large quantity of drugs in the Memphis areas.

The tip and a 100 pound marijuana bust during a traffic stop led officers to the 2,100 pounds of marijuana.

Four people were arrested. They were not identified.

Officers also said they found a handgun, Xanax and $170,000 during the investigation.
