Police: Burglary suspect gets stuck in snow bank

WINDHAM, NH. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Windham, N.H. said a burglary suspect got his car stuck in a snow bank while trying to flee a burglary scene.

Police responded to West Shore Road after a neighbor confronted two men she said broke into a home. The woman told police she followed the suspects into the home with a broom. When they heard her, they ran out the front door. While trying to flee, one of the men threw the woman to the ground, police said.

The woman told police that one of the men jumped into a car, tried to back out of the driveway, ran into a snow bank and got stuck.

When he was trying to get the car free, the woman called police.

The man, identified as 35-year-old Robert P. Dalton, of Lowell, was arrested and charged with burglary and robbery.

Police said they found the other man, identified as Vietnam M. Dang, 34, of Worcester, a short time later. He was charged with burglary.
