Police: Bank of America in Burlington Mall robbed by male suspect

BURLINGTON (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – Police in Burlington are searching for a male suspect who reportedly robbed a Bank of America inside the Burlington Mall on Thursday.

Police in Burlington, along with the Massachusetts State Police and police from surrounding cities and towns, responded to the mall around 4:40 p.m.

The suspect walked into the Bank of America and demanded money, and then he fled on foot.

According to police, a weapon was not involved.

A search of the area was conducted; however, the suspect was not found.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 20s. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and tennis shoes.

The incident is currently under investigation.
