• Plaistow couple still on the run, have changed appearances

PEABODY (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston.com) – A New Hampshire couple accused of brutally beating the woman's 3-year-old is still missing, but there are new details into the pair's possible whereabouts and how their appearances have changed.

Jessica Linscott and her boyfriend, Roland Dow, have been on the run for more than a week. Police believe the two may be hiding out somewhere on the North Shore. They were reportedly spotted there Sunday, but when Peabody and state police responded to the call, they found nothing.
On Saturday, Beverly police converged on a house on Dunham Road, where the couple was allegedly spotted. According to reports, the homeowner admitted that a man named Roland and his girlfriend were staying there. It just wasn't the right couple. A man named Roland Lemieux, of Middleton, who was wanted on unrelated warrants, was arrested.

A family member told FOX 25 that Linscott's hair is now dyed black.

Meanwhile, Linscott's little boy, James Nicholson, is getting a little better. James was treated for severe head trauma that left him temporarily blind. The boy also had cigarette burns and bruises all over his body.
James' paternal grandmother says he has undergone two brain surgeries in the last 10 days and is beginning to regain his eyesight. She told FOX 25 the doctors are assuring her that James is going to make a full recovery.
