WESTFORD, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Halloween season is here and that means it’s time for candy, costumes and haunted attractions.

Some people like to let the spooky scary skeletons come to your house on Oct. 31 or you’re going to find the frights yourself there are plenty of options.

One place to go for a ghoulishly good time is Witch’s Woods in Westford.

“Halloween and Haunted Houses are a New England tradition in the fall season. Witch’s Woods takes this concept and transforms this tradition into family entertainment for all ages,” Al Fletcher, President and General Manager of Nashoba Valley Ski Area, said.

For the 15th year Witch’s Woods will be scaring the pants off you Thursday-Sunday nights.

In a news release organizers said the theme for this year’s haunted hayride is “The Demon’s Plague.” In addition, the ski lodge has been transformed into a “Victorian Slaughter House.”

There are more than 200 costumed performers at Witch’s Woods, including many pictured in the photo gallery above.
