Paranormal activity? Experts investigate Middleborough Town Hall

MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A group that specializes in paranormal activity visited Middleborough Town Hall on Friday night in search for the supernatural.

FOX 25's Crystal Haynes joined the group as they probed the 140-year-old building.

"There could have been even one gentleman that had died inside the building," says one of the experts.

The town decided to open the building up to groups to investigate reported paranormal activity. Selectman Allin Frawley says he has chaperoned three groups so far. He also says people have reported seeing apparitions in the building.

The building was built in 1871 and has served as a morgue, court house, and jail. One of Friday's group members said the building has more history than the buildings they would normally investigate.
