OSHA inspecting Billerica company after employee's death

BILLERICA, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating a Billerica company following the death of an employee.

OSHA confirmed to FOX 25 they have launched an inspection of Nuvera Fuel Cells, a hydrogen supply systems and fuel cell technology company. They declined to give further details, citing an ongoing inspection.

A spokesperson for Nuvera confirmed the death of an employee Monday.

"Our company is greatly saddened by the loss of a colleague," read a statement from the company in-part. "The incident is under investigation and we have no information regarding the cause."

Details, including a cause of death, were not released.
