NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) â Lawyers for Carlos Ortiz, an associate of Aaron Hernandez, are inquiring about the qualifications of the detective who gave Ortiz a polygraph test last June.
Ortiz took the polygraph test in Connecticut on June 25, one day before Hernandez was arrested, according to ?The Sun Chronicle?. His lawyers want to know the detective's background because he made conclusions based on the test, citing his âtraining and experience,â The Sun Chronicle reported.
Ortiz was first charged with unlawful possession of a firearm in the wake of the Odin Lloyd murder, but was later indicted on an accessory charge and then a murder charge.
