One injured in early-morning crash in Wellesley

WELLESLEY, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – One person was injured in an early-morning crash in Wellesley Sunday.

The crash happened on Route 9 near Lexington Road, according to the Wellesley Police Department's Facebook page.

The victim, who was not identified, was taken to a Boston hospital by medical helicopter.

There was no word on the cause of the crash.
